1. Services

We offer compliance consultancy and related support to clients. All work commences once an agreement is signed and deposit is received.

2. Info Products

Our info products include digital documents, guides, and webinars. Access is granted after full payment.

3. Goods

We may supply physical materials or merchandise. Shipping begins after order confirmation.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. Payment options and due dates are outlined in the invoice.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Compliance Services

If you cancel at least 7 days before a scheduled service start date, a full refund is available. For cancellations less than 7 days prior, we reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fee to cover preparatory costs. Once the service has commenced, no refund is available. You may, however, request to transfer the remaining engagement to another date, subject to our availability.

5.2 Info Products

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not fully downloaded, copied, or streamed more than 10% of the content. Refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective. Refunds for approved returns will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method.

5.4 No-Refund Services

Certain bespoke or rush services may be marked as non-refundable at the time of order. We will clearly indicate this in writing and provide justification based on resource allocation and third-party commitments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our offerings.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Zurich.
